The F. Tengbeh Foundation conducted an official welfare and recognition visit to honor Mr. Vamuyan O Sheriff for his exceptional support and long-standing commitment to the Foundation’s mission. Over the years, he served as a dedicated supporter, mentor, and father figure, contributing both morally and materially to the growth and progress of the organization.

Following the announcement of his departure from Lofa County, the Foundation formally recognized his invaluable partnership by adorning him in traditional country cloth and presenting him with a Certificate of Appreciation.

Hope Foundation Liberia Conducts three (3) days Summit in Voinjama City.

The Hope Foundation Liberia, in collaboration with local partners, successfully concluded a three-day youth empowerment summit, on February 14, 2026, bringing together over 115 young people from across Liberia. The event, held in Voinjama City, Lofa County, aimed to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge to lead with hope and empower the next generation.

The summit featured three renowned facilitator's who shared their expertise on various topics:

Mrs. Oral T Siakor, Dean of Health Sciences at Lofa County University, presented on Mental Health and Sanitation, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing well-being in daily life. Mrs. Saikor encouraged participants to take proactive steps in maintaining good mental health and promoting sanitation practices in their communities.
In her presentation, she highlighted the important of stress management and it's benefits for young people.
Yoing people should avoid being carry away by pear pressure Mrs. Siakor said.

Mr. Johnson Flomo, CEO of Kitech, spoke on "Problems Identification and Solutions with Innovative Minds," encouraging participants to think critically and develop innovative solutions to address challenges facing their communities. Mr. Flomo emphasized the need for young people to be proactive and take ownership of solving problems.

Mr. James Papy Kwabo , Professor of Mass Communication at Lofa County University, presented on "Leadership Strategy for Young People," inspiring participants to become agents of change in their communities. Mr. Kobow shared practical strategies for effective leadership, emphasizing the importance of integrity, accountability, and vision.

The summit also featured interviews with Mr. Momoh George Kamara, Co-Funder of Hope Foundation, and Arthur Kolubah Jallah, CEO of Hope Foundation, who shared insights into the organization's mission and goals.

The Cor-Funder highlighted the importance of empowering young people to become leaders in their communities, while emphasizing the need for collective action to address challenges facing Liberia's youth, with the Theme: Leading with Hope: Empowering the Young Generation.

The CEO also express unexpected joy embracing participants for their collaborative effort applied to making the summit a success. Our expectation was to host 100 youths but unfortunately, we were able to accommodate over 115 youths across Liberia which serves as a great testament the CEO Said.
Meanwhile, He also called on the Government of the republic of Liberia, National and International NGO'S and the Local Organization's to help in making his vision for the young people to be accomplished.

The event was part of Hope Foundation's Liberia broader initiative to support youth development in Liberia, providing opportunities for Self growth, education, and empowerment. The summit concluded with a call to action, encouraging participants to apply the knowledge and skills gained to make a positive impact in their communities.

The Hope Foundation Liberia is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people and promoting community development in Liberia. The organization's initiatives focus on education, health, and leadership development, with the goal of creating a brighter future for Liberia's youth.

First Liberian🇱🇷 artist to sell out a 22,000-capacity stadium concert, Christoph The Change is currently under f!re for performing an irrelevant song at “St. Theresa” high school in Monrovia, Liberia that includes pørnographic activities that don't relate to the happiness of the soul for educational purposes and young students' listening.

The Liberian Entertainment Industry and the people of Liberia 🇱🇷 are currently calling on the Inspector General (IGP) of the Liberia National Police (LNP), Gregory O. W. Coleman, to investigate the situation.

Stating that the Supreme Court of Liberia should give the rapper Christoph The Change a $50,000 bond for performing an irrelevant song that includes pørnographic for education environment, especially female students between the ages of 12 and 20 years.

F. Tengbeh Foundation Countywide Inter Schools Quizzing, Debate and Spelling Bee Competitions

The F. Tengbeh Foundation, a youth-led organization promoting education and leadership in Lofa County, is seeking sponsorship for a Countywide Inter-Schools Quiz, Debate, and Spelling Bee Competition scheduled to begin March 1, 2026.

The competition will involve students from six districts (Vahun, Kolahun, Zorzor, Foya, Vahun, and Quardu Gboni which each district will bring together 30 schools and aims to strengthen academic excellence, critical thinking, communication skills, and student confidence through healthy academic competition.

Each district-level event will award educational materials, trophies, and cash prizes to top-performing students in all three categories (Quiz, Debate, and Spelling Bee).

Estimated Budget (Per District)

Academic prizes and materials: LRD 84,200

Additional costs (transportation, communication, feeding, venue): LRD 17,000

Total per district: LRD 101,200 (approx. USD $506)

Sponsors will receive public recognition during events, branding on banners and promotional materials, and acknowledgment as key partners supporting education and youth development in the county.

The Foundation is inviting partners to support this initiative to help create meaningful academic opportunities for students across Lofa County.

Voinjama Multilateral High School (VMHS) has received a supply of solar panels from UNIDO as a developmental partner.

According to the administration of VMHS, the support includes 250 kV of solar panels, along with reading books for some of the TEVET departments.

The administration extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to UNIDO for the level of support and trust demonstrated in the Voinjama Multilateral High School administration.
