𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒂, 𝑳𝒊𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒂 – 𝑨𝒖𝒈𝒖𝒔𝒕 27, 2024: The Management of the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) is pleased to announce the establishment of its 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 (𝐂𝐀𝐔). This unit has been created to address long-standing and unresolved issues affecting LEC customers. The CAU will serve as a point of last resort for problem resolution after customers have exhausted all efforts and processes at LEC. If you have enduring customer-related issues that remain unresolved despite exploring all available alternatives, we encourage you to reach out to the CAU.

The CAU will evaluate all unresolved customer-related matters and coordinate with relevant departments within LEC to find appropriate solutions. Some issues may appear complex and cross-cutting, necessitating high-level intervention, which the CAU is fully equipped to handle. This initiative highlights LEC’s dedication to transparency, integrity, and maintaining the highest ethical standards. The CAU is committed to addressing customer issues promptly and effectively.
