Onyx 357 is a family owned Company established in January 2013. The Company was founded after the realisation that Basotho are angry when it comes to their water and its sale to neighbouring South Africa. Onyx aims to quell that anger by educating the Nation about the different uses of water (not only conventional), using special effects to enhance the mood of any function. There is a broadcasti

Friends and colleagues.....Greetings, Blessings and best wishes through 2014 to 2015 and beyond!!!...It has been a while!!! We have leant a lot during this anxious but exciting wait. In our preliminary messages we made it abundantly clear and as a requirement for the radio broadcast license requests that "ALL PROCESSES ONGOING ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY AUTHOURITY'' .........in simpler more accurate words....."we do not give or approve licenses ourselves" We herein would like to thank all those who understood our venture, the concept and indeed the time required to build a brand around it......the journey just begins!!. We thank you sincerely for your patience and support. We would also like to thank those who came into our auditions just to 'test the waters' and remind them that hundreds if not thousands of young people of this Nation are trapped in the realm of unemployment (around 45%) of our population. The '357 fm' radio project' is intent on putting in a helping hand by empowering young people and the more mature ones but young at heart..... their suffering is unbearable. We are soon on air. on 94.3 Mhz Broadcasting from our see-though studios at the PIONEER MALL.......watch the space and peel your ears for tell-tale signs!!!

Auditions have officially been completed, we hope to continue with more auditions in the future. Thank you to all that took the trouble to present themselves, it shows that they take us seriously and we do too.
Calls will be made whether positive or negative on Wednesday to all that took part, each detail of their presentation will be evaluated thoroughly.
Those who do not make it on this round will have more opportunities and spin-offs always produced by radio..... look out for these!!
Other formal interview dates and times will be announced soon on PC FM and Bizness mate. Keep your eyes and ears open!!

Last day for auditions is today guys.
If you are late for whatever reason and haven't called to make any alternative arrangements, we will not give anyone special treatment or create special favours.
Some of the contacts we were given have been unavailable till today.
We ought to be professional and punctual.

The time has finally arrived for the 357 FM audition as promised.
The auditions will commence on Friday the 26th September 2014 going forward.
Everyone who brought in their data to be captured will be contacted individually and be given a specific date when to come for auditions, so everyone will get a fair chance to showcase their raw talent.
For the audition there will be:
i) An ‘acquaintance interview’ where we will get introduced and will be taking credentials if any.
ii) Script reading which will be prepared by us.
iii) A 10 minute presentation by you (any topic, any show of choice that you feel comfortable with and a lot more).
You will know on the day of your audition whether you have made it or not.
Just make sure you do not miss that call!!!
