🎬🕊️ A Tribute to Ntate Phomolo Mosaase 🕊️🎬
Today, we received heartbreaking news.
Lesotho has lost one of its greatest storytellers, educators, and guiding lights Ntate Phomolo Mosaase.
At Popa Doc Films, this loss is deeply personal.
Ntate Mosaase was not only a professor; he was a mentor, a believer, and a pillar of strength for so many of us who dared to dream in film. He looked at our generation and saw creators, visionaries, and leaders. He believed, with all his heart, that we are the filmmakers who will build a stronger, braver, and more vibrant film industry for Lesotho.
He taught us that storytelling is a responsibility.
He showed us that film is not just entertainment, it is culture, memory, and power. He carried the spirit of our nation in every lesson, every encouragement, and every challenge he gave us.
For many of us at Popa Doc Films, he was the reason we kept going, for he was always ready to speak positively on every challenge we came crying about to him. He believed in the future of this company long before many ever saw our name. His faith strengthened our own.
Today, we mourn.
But we also celebrate the life of a man who shaped generations of filmmakers and breathed life into the soul of our industry.
🎞️ Ntate Phomolo Mosaase was more than a professor.
He was a storyteller.
A mentor.
A friend.
A legend.
One of the eldest and most respected film stars in our country.
His name will not fade.
His lessons will not disappear.
His legacy will not be forgotten.
In his honor, Popa Doc Films pledges to carry forward the fire he lit in us; to work harder, dream louder, and push Lesotho’s film industry to the heights he always saw for it.
🕊️ Rest in Peace, Ntate Phomolo Mosaase.
Your story lives on through every frame we take😭🕊🎥
