We are more than glad to share that our co-produced project ANTONIVKA (dir. Kateryna Gornostai), together with Ukrainian production Moon Man received financial support from ESFUF (European Solidarity Fund For Ukrainian Films). Glad to move even farther with the production of this incredible project🌸

Small intro into the movie 🎥
The future: postwar Ukraine. A young couple, Aurora and Darko, move to the house of her grandfather who survived village occupation alone and is recovering from a mild stroke. New life begins, but death is still present.

The project was one of the 13 selected projects which received 180k grant from the fund.

We are thrilled to announce that the DANCE + CITY project has landed in Nice, France!

We are deeply thankful to Yves Nacher, Director of the Forum d'urbanisme et d'architecture for embracing DANCE + CITY and giving it a wonderful new life. His dedication and vision are invaluable.

A special thank you also goes to Laurent Tremeau, Artistic Director of the European Short Film Festival of Nice (Un Festival C'est Trop Court - UFCTC), for his belief and support in our work.

It is truly inspiring to witness the power of architecture and film merging to create a fresh perception of art. Thank you goes to Yves and his team for expertly organizing a contemporary, personalized exhibition, along with masterclasses and inspiring meetings.

This project, which connected five different countries in its initial production, delves into the essential human experience: a person’s contact with themself, their surroundings, emotions, music, and architecture. We are incredibly glad to see DANCE + CITY continue to expand its possibilities and connect people from all over the world.

It’s Not Uo to Us x ESoDoc - European Social Documentary

We are happy to share our journey with our documentary, It’s not up to us (film by Jurate Samulionyte & Rūta Dambravaitė). To the world, journalist Vitalius and choir tenor Albinas present themselves as father and son, though they have been lovers for more than 50 years. They met in Soviet Lithuania, at a time when same-sex relationships were not only taboo but a criminal offense. For decades, they lived in plain sight, denied recognition by both family and society. Is reconciliation and acceptance within the family still possible?

Today, Lithuania is still one of six countries in Europe that offers no legal recognition of q***r couple partnership. Yet a recent Constitutional Court decision has opened a narrow path: same-sex partnerships can be recognized through the courts. After decades of hiding, Vitalius now dares to demand that the love of his life would be legally acknowledged.

But as he fights for justice, Albinas slips further into illness. Living with dementia and near blindness, he grows weaker each day, while Vitalius holds on — caught between love’s endurance and the fear of a final goodbye.

We are thankful for Nepatogus Kinas / Inconvenient Films and ESoDoc - European Social Documentary for giving our project a spotlight during Yesterday’s pitching sessions🤩
