🚧✨ BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING IN LECANTO! ✨🚧

We recently took to the skies over Summit View at CORTA Commons and The Shoppes at Black Diamond, and wow... the transformation happening at the corner of CR 491 and CR 486 is incredible.

🌱 Sprouts Farmers Market is officially open!
☕ Dutch Bros Coffee is moving closer to becoming a reality.
🏗️ BJ's Wholesale Club continues progressing toward vertical construction.
🛍️ Additional retail, restaurants, professional services, and national brands are preparing to call this growing corridor home.

What was once mostly open land is quickly becoming one of the largest commercial hubs in Citrus County. Over the next several months, we'll be watching steel go up, buildings take shape, parking lots fill with customers, and new businesses open their doors.

From the air, it's easy to see that this isn't just construction... it's the future of Lecanto taking shape in real time.

Whether you're excited about shopping, dining, new jobs, increased property values, or just seeing how much Citrus County is growing, there's no denying this area is changing fast.

🥕✂️ The ribbon has officially been cut, and the doors are OPEN! 🎉

Today marks a big milestone for Summit View at CORTA Commons as Sprouts Farmers Market officially welcomes its first customers through the doors!

From the early morning crowd to the excitement of the ribbon-cutting ceremony, it was awesome to see so many community members come out and be part of the celebration. This is another sign of the incredible growth happening right here in our area.

Whether you're excited about fresh produce, healthy options, or just seeing new businesses invest in our community, today was a big day for the Nature Coast.

🌴☀️ FLORIDA MAN REPORT: Beach Bash 2026 Was Absolute Chaos... The Good Kind! ☀️🌴

Somewhere out on the Hernando Flats, hundreds of boaters, floating tiki bars, questionable dance moves, and enough good vibes to power the entire Nature Coast came together for Beach Bash 2026!

This ain't just a photo... it's an Interactive 360° adventure. Spin it around and see if you can spot:

What an incredible turnout for the Grand Opening of Sprouts Farmers Market at Summit View at CORTA Commons! 🎉🌱

The excitement was in the air as community members gathered to celebrate the newest addition to our growing area. From the ribbon-cutting ceremony to the smiling faces filling the aisles, it was great to see so many people coming out to support this exciting new business.

🌴🌊 One thing Beach Bash always reminds us… we live in a pretty special place. 🌅

The Nature Coast showed off this weekend. Crystal clear water, endless Florida skies, boats anchored across the flats, and people just enjoying life together.

But the best part isn’t the water… it’s the people. ❤️

Year after year, it’s amazing seeing this community come together—friends becoming family, strangers becoming friends, and everybody just sharing a little piece of what makes Florida feel like home.

We joke around a lot, but truth is… days like this make you appreciate how lucky we are to call the Nature Coast home.

🌴☀️ BEACH BASH 2026 – DAY 1 ☀️🌴

WHEW… Florida showed OFF today 😮‍💨🔥

Boats anchored as far as the eye could see, music bouncing across the water, cold drinks flowing, and enough tropical energy to charge the whole Gulf Coast 🌊🍍🍹

From dance moves that probably should’ve stayed on the boat… to people making lifelong memories in waist-deep paradise… Day 1 was absolutely unreal.

Huge shoutout to everybody who waved at the drone (especially the ones using ALL FIVE fingers 😂👋).
