What about my 3-minute morning reset — even at 45+.

Here is a quick morning reset you can do before coffee:

1) Drink a full glass of water with lemon — hydrate to wake your cells.

2) Two easy neck + shoulder rolls (show moves) to release overnight tension.

3) 60 seconds of mindful journaling: write one thing you’re grateful for and one small win you will claim today.

Do this three times a week and your energy stacks up. I do it when I’m running late and it still works.
