Most women don’t realize they’re burning out until it’s too late.
It doesn’t begin with collapsing from fatigue. It begins with the small silences:

Saying nothing when you’re asked to work yet another extra shift.

Holding back tears because you “have to stay strong.”

Smiling while you feel your body screaming for rest.

Burnout creeps in quietly, disguised as:

- Perfectionism (“If I don’t do it, it won’t be done right.”)

- People-pleasing (“I don’t want to disappoint anyone.”)

- Productivity addiction (“I’ll rest when this season is over.”)
