You slept 8 hours and still woke up exhausted. That's not tiredness. That's burnout, and your body is trying to tell you something important.

Most nurses I talk to say the same thing: "I'm just tired. I need a good week off and I'll be fine."
But here's the truth — burnout doesn't go away with rest alone. It goes deeper than that.
Here are 3 signs it's burnout, not tiredness:
