BATTLING DEPRESSION
This is worth the read.
Yep- I said it.
Like so many other people I battle with depression and anxiety, but I’ve discovered the one thing that I can control and helps me keep it at arms length.

I get up everyday and get ready.

You may think that’s so dumb, but as a stay at home mom I don’t HAVE to get done up just to do car rider line, errands, and chores.
I get up before anyone else and take the time to do skin care, do my hair and put on a nice outfit (I mean I spend enough money on clothes I need to wear them).
This helps me feel put together and boosts my confidence to tackle the day.
Get up early. Take the time before the madness begins to put yourself first & get ready. It’s changed so much for me.

Vulnerable Post 🤯
When I started this journey I decided I wouldn’t really share much about my family. I was the one that decided to put myself out there on the internet as a job, not them-so I didn’t want to post them.
Another thing is that people on the internet are CRUEL, and I didn’t want to give them any extra ammunition, but I’m so PROUD of them; I just wanna show them off.
I loved the flexibility of taking them on an adventure today & making memories.
