In collaboration with Carpe Group, we launched Studley Park Residences to create connections that actually matter, not just another property campaign ticking boxes.
Our approach? Strategy, media planning, and creative ex*****on by Studio White Noise that speaks to real people. We crafted an eDM workflow series that didn't assault inboxes, but delivered genuine value through design insights, featured residences, and behind-the-scenes project team content.
The results: 66% open rate and 18% click-through rate, exceeding industry benchmarks and more importantly, translating into real conversations and meaningful connections for the sales team.
