It's not well known, but Jim Ward also voiced various characters in Return to Castle Wolfenstein, such as the iconic infantry soldiers. R.I.P. ✝️

Today I got one of the saddest messages I’ve ever received….from Mrs Jim Ward . “Our wonderful “voice deity” as Steph anointed Jim Ward, passed away today at 10:45AM. Can you let Steph know? Thanks, Janice” He was beyond brilliance. 😪

It's here! Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory Single-Player's RealRTCW 5.3 update, Version 2.5, is now available! 🥳

Version 2.5 not only ensures full compatibility with RealRTCW 5.3, but also comes with a variety of QoL and bug fixes, and further polishes each of the available user interfaces! Available Survival & Zombies preview levels have also been updated based on the improvements from the aforementioned RealRTCW version (please note that Lopers and/or Special Waves are planned in the future)! 🚀

This new update also takes advantage of the new "PK3 gate system" feature (to turn off specific game assets) from the latest RealRTCW version, so that you can better customize your experience - from the new CONTENT menu. ✅

As available options are different between default and Vanilla Plus editions, a button has also been integrated to the new menu to seamlessly switch between the two. For this reason, exactly 3 years after its release, the Vanilla Plus Edition on Steam has officially been discontinued in favor of the main, merged build. So, thanks for your understanding. 🙇‍♂️

The menu also features automatic detection of installed package files. Please note that all addons and content are included in the Steam version, by default. No further action is required. 👍

Finally, the new system in question is built in a way that there are no possible conflicts between content addons, meaning they either disable themselves or adapt automatically depending on which combinations are used. 🔗
