In my years of consulting and helping brands navigate their journey in the marketplace, I’ve found many reasons why some businesses struggle in the digital space. I’ll list a few in layman’s terms:
1. They’re not loud enough: People won’t patronize you when they don’t know you, or when they’re not convinced about your products or your services.
You need to constantly be on their face until their ‘NO’ turns into a ‘YES’.
Business should not be introverted, don’t let your personality influence your business negatively.
2. Their container doesn’t match their content: This can also go the other way round, but I’m focusing on businesses that have done their homework and are best at what they do.
🔵 WHEN YOU’RE SELLING ONLINE, PACKAGING ISN’T JUST IMPORTANT, IT IS EVERYTHING.
People will judge your service based on what they see from a distance before they choose to experience it.
3. They don’t understand how Marketing Campaigns work: Most SMEs genuinely struggle with these issues. It’s either that some of them don’t run ADS, or those that run ADS don’t understand how it works.
If you are truly interested in selling online, run ADS effectively, it’s that simple.
