About the Show and Hosts

This is a personality driven show where two qualified clinical therapists talk about their own challenges within interpersonal relationships to reduce the stigma attached to relationship challenges and how to fix them. The two hosts of the show are Iona Monk, and Pam Stewart. Both women are university educated and practicing therapists with extensive years of knowledge within the mental health industry; they apply their personal relationship experiences to the program.

Iona Monk

Iona Monk co -hosts the podcast with her very good friend and colleague Pam Stewart. They first met at grad school at the University of British Columbia in 1999 while studying counselling psychology. Lets just say, it was love at first site!
