Some people find their purpose early. I found mine by showing up faithfully in every room I was placed in — and paying close attention.
This feels like the right time for a reintroduction. My name is Claire Alexander, and I am the founder of Ms. Virtuousity Business Solutions.
I am a wife, a mom of five, and a nana. My older three are grown, I have a teenager, and then there is my youngest — six years old, whom I homeschool at home. Life is full, and I would not have it any other way.
My professional background spans finance and administration across facilities, IT, customer service, insurance claims, underwriting, procurement, agency administration, and marketing. I hold the FLMI designation, and a large part of my career was spent in the health and life insurance industry — as an underwriter, as an EA to a VP of Sales and Agency Administration, and as an insurance agent.
I have worked inside many different kinds of organisations. I know what proper structure looks like, what good administration feels like, and what happens when both are missing.
Around 2020 I stepped into virtual assistance formally. That grew into executive support, and eventually into Digital Business Management. MVBS is FIUTT Registered, compliance-trained, and I hold certifications in QuickBooks, ClickUp, and Asana.
The name "Ms. Virtuousity" was inspired by the virtuous woman of Proverbs 31 . When I realised that what I had been doing for years already had a name — virtual assistance — and that I had already been calling myself Ms. Virtuousity long before I knew that, it felt like confirmation of something that was always meant to be.
If you need support from someone who has genuinely been in the work, I would be glad to connect.
