Copycat Levain Bakery NYC Chocolate Chip Cookies πͺ

π Ingredients:

π§ 1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
π¬ 1 cup brown sugar, packed
π¬ Β½ cup granulated sugar
π₯ 2 large eggs, cold
π« 1 Β½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
π« 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

π₯ Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
π₯ Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
π§ Cream Butter & Sugars: In another bowl, beat the cold cubed butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
π₯ Add Eggs: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
β¨ Combine Wet & Dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
π« Add Mix-Ins: Gently fold in chocolate chips and walnuts (if using).
