Dinner doesn’t get easier than this!This one-pan tortellini with smoked sausage and Boursin cheese is ready in 30 minutes and it’s so full of flavor!

Here’s the recipe 😋👇

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
• 1 yellow onion, diced
• 1 green bell pepper, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 tbsp vegetable seasoning blend
• 6–7 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 5.3 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
• 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
• 3 oz shaved or grated Parmesan
• ½–1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2. Add the diced onion and bell peppers to the skillet. Sprinkle with the seasoning blend and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then add the Boursin cheese. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and incorporated.
5. Add the frozen tortellini. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover, reduce heat, and let it simmer for 8–10 minutes.
6. Remove the lid, stir in the Parmesan and red pepper flakes (if using), then return the sausage to the skillet. Let it simmer a few more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
7. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!

Scotcheroos

Ingredients:
• 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 1½ cups chocolate chips
• 1 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions:
1. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
2. Place the Rice Krispies cereal in a large mixing bowl.
3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.
4. Quickly pour the hot mixture over the cereal and stir until everything is evenly coated.
5. Press the mixture into the prepared dish using a greased spatula to form an even layer.
6. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and butterscotch chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.
7. Spread the melted topping evenly over the cereal layer.
8. Let the bars cool completely before cutting and serving.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Bars

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Stir until just combined.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips, then spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Let cool slightly before cutting. Enjoy!
