Protecting and educating children in the digital age begins with awareness, guidance, and responsible online communities. Virtual platforms can be powerful spaces for creating campaigns that teach families about online safety, cyberbullying, privacy, respectful communication, consent, and the importance of reporting harmful behaviour. Through creative virtual communities such as IMVU, we can use storytelling, awareness campaigns, events, and positive interactions to encourage safer digital habits while always respecting age restrictions and protecting children’s identities and personal information.
Our Miss International Mexico IMVU Freya Ruiz Da Silva is also a strong advocate for children, as working with and supporting young minds is something especially close to her heart. Beyond the virtual world, she volunteers her time in real life to teach children **basic science, essential life skills, and everyday knowledge**, while creating an encouraging space where they can learn, ask questions, and grow with confidence. Her advocacy reflects her belief that every child deserves access to education, guidance, protection, and opportunities to discover their potential. By combining real-world service with responsible virtual advocacy, she hopes to inspire a community that uses its influence not only for creativity and entertainment, but also for purpose, education, and positive change. 🤍
