I’m a businessman, and my income used to be very good… until I went through difficult circumstances and ended up in prison for 6 years because of financial debts.

When I finally got out, I discovered something I never expected…
My wife — the mother of my children — was in a relationship with a man of bad reputation.
Worse than that, they were secretly married.

Now I feel completely lost.
I don’t know what to do.

Should I expose her and file a legal case?
Or should I keep it quiet and move on for the sake of my children and their reputation?

This is not an easy decision…
On one side, there’s betrayal.
On the other, there’s my children and their future.

My husband suggested something very strange… and I don’t know whether to agree or refuse.

He wants us to get officially divorced in front of a marriage registrar, but continue living together as normal…
The reason is so I can receive my late father’s pension, which would be no less than 9,000 pounds per month.

He keeps telling me: “I don’t actually intend to divorce you… we’re just doing it for the pension, and intentions matter.”
He also says no one will ever know, because everyone already sees us as married and nothing will change in our daily life.

Honestly, our financial situation is extremely bad…
We can barely afford food for our kids, clothes, or even medicine.
And 9,000 pounds a month could really solve many of our problems.

But at the same time… I feel like this might be wrong, and I’m afraid of the consequences.
I’m torn between helping my family survive… or refusing the idea completely.

My first problem after getting married was about… who sleeps next to the wall 😅

I just got married after Eid, and from the very first day we had a strange disagreement…
The bed is against the wall on one side. I’m used to sleeping on the outer side, and she’s used to sleeping on the outer side too.

At first, I compromised and slept next to the wall, but honestly I felt really uncomfortable.
When I told her I didn’t want to sleep next to the wall anymore, she refused too.

The situation escalated, and both of us stuck to our opinions…
Until I ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room, while she sleeps on the bed as usual.

Now I’m tired of sleeping on the couch, but I feel like if I go back and sleep next to the wall, it means she forced her opinion on me…
And it’s starting to feel like a matter of pride, not just sleeping.

So here’s the question:
What would you do if you were in my place?
