No one ever tells you how hard it’s going to be as a parent. The constant worry for them. Wanting them to be happy. Sad when they are not. You have to just be there for them and listen ( not control everything like I always try to do).

I got to spend quality time with them just us and it made my heart so happy. It goes by so fast. What I realise it’s about creating beautiful memories and having those moments.

What a week. I laughed, danced, shopped and ate till I dropped. Spending time with old friends, quality time with my daughter and getting to watch SIENNA SPIRO in an amazing intimate setting was just wow.

Seriously this routine was so bloody hard. I tried to get it last week but kept getting stuck, rushing and not listening to what Velvet Rose / Jem was explaining. I seriously get in my head at times.

This week I did it and when I say this routine is hard its fu***ng hard. I have gone from a beginner intermediate to an intermediate. Which is huge for me at 50.

I kept going today. Even though I was tired and stressed out. I kept doing it until it clicked.

I want you to celebrate each win no matter how big or small. This for me is a massive win. Because it massively helped my mindset, how I feel about myself and how to deal with the outside world. Never giving up and building that resilience.

How I regulate my nervous system each and every day is doing the things I love. Being a business founder is hard and burnout is real. I decided to put my health first, share my story with others and challenge my body in ways I never thought possible.

Learning new things like the hammock and yea make me feel alive. I am the strongest I have ever been and I am 50. Morning walks in the forest with my dog have filled me with so much love and gratitude. Talking on stage with amazing women brings me so much joy.

I never dreamt this life for me. But it’s here and I love it. If I can do it then so can you 🫶

It’s about doing the work, dusting yourself off when you make a mistake or fail, having people around you who want you to succeed, asking for help, and doing it at your pace.
