👉 Depuis 1972, les dirigeants se succèdent mais Madagascar stagne. Pourquoi ?

Plusieurs dirigeants ont pris le pouvoir à Madagascar : civils, militaires, technocrates, « jeunes » ou « anciens »...
Mais plus de 50 ans plus tard, les mêmes crises reviennent encore et encore.
