It is the result of continuous effort, countless challenges, and many moments that have shaped us as organizers.
Every step, every event before it, was part of the path that led to the realization of this idea.

This is not just another event.
This is a culmination... a symbol of everything we have built so far, fused into one experience that aims to leave a lasting mark.

Liebe Waldfrieden-Community,
eigentlich wollten wir gerade nur die üblichen Aufbauarbeiten im Wald machen, Stages bauen, Zäune ziehen, Deko aufhängen und euch mit vorfreudigen Infos zum Festival überhäufen. Leider schreiben wir euch nun aber mit ein Update, das wir uns und euch ehrlich gesagt lieber ersparen würden, aber ihr habt ein Recht darauf zu wissen, was gerade passiert.

Die Situation

Das Umweltamt des Kreises Minden-Lübbecke hat signalisiert, das Hai in den Mai 2026 nicht zu genehmigen. Dieselbe Behörde, die das Festival 2025 noch problemlos genehmigt hat. An den Gegebenheiten vor Ort hat sich seitdem nichts verändert.
Wir haben auf eigene Kosten ein Artenschutzgutachten in Auftrag gegeben. Das Ergebnis ist eindeutig: Es gibt keine fachlichen Einwände gegen die Durchführung. Alle geforderten Schutzmaßnahmen sind vorbereitet, das Material ist beschafft. Was fehlt, ist die Bereitschaft der Behörde, in einen konstruktiven Dialog zu treten.

Wir machen weiter.

Wir machen trotzdem weiter. Der Aufbau läuft. Wir haben juristische Unterstützung und sind rechtlich gut aufgestellt. Sollte das Umweltamt die Genehmigung verweigern, werden wir dagegen vorgehen. Tragfähige Gründe, die eine Versagung rechtfertigen würden, wurden bislang nicht vorgebracht. Sollte es zu einem Rechtsstreit kommen, sind wir zuversichtlich, diesen zu gewinnen. Unser erklärtes Ziel bleibt jedoch eine einvernehmliche Lösung mit den Behörden. Daran glauben wir nach wie vor, und daran arbeiten wir.

Es macht uns traurig und ist absurd, dass ausgerechnet das Umweltamt einen Ort wie diesen in existenzielle Not bringt, der seit Jahrzehnten ökologisch wirtschaftet und ökologische Verantwortung von Anfang an gelebt hat.

Der Waldfrieden ist nicht einfach nur ein Veranstaltungsgelände, er ist ein Stück Heimat für eine riesige Community aus den unterschiedlichsten Menschen, die hier zusammenfinden. Fällt das Hai in den Mai aus, droht die Insolvenz und dieser Ort wäre für immer verloren. Kulturorte im ländlichen Raum entstehen nicht auf Knopfdruck. Was einmal verloren geht, kommt nicht wieder. Jetzt ist der Moment, in dem eure Solidarität zählt.

Was ihr tun könnt: Unterzeichnet die Petition und teilt sie. Seid laut für den Waldfrieden und übt Druck auf politische Entscheidungsträger aus.

With a uniquely immersive psychedelic style, Pneuma guides listeners through unseen passages of the sonic realm, expanding perception and consciousness without any boundaries.

The project was founded by Antonio Simonovski in Macedonia in 2023. Following the debut appearance with a track on “V/A – Sonic Scape”, Pneuma began carving its path through the cracks of time, steadily gaining momentum and shaping
its distinct identity within the psychedelic scene.
