ယ​နေ့ အောက်တိုဘာလ ၇ ရက် နေ့လည် ၁ နာရီချိန်ခန့်တွင် ဘူးသီးတောင်မြို့နယ်၊ ဂူတာပြင်ကျေးရွာနေ ရာအိမ်မှူးဖြစ်သူ မာမတ်ဆော်လိမ်သည် စိမ်းညှင်းပြားကျေးရွာမှ ၎င်းနေအိမ်သို့ အိမ်အသုံးအဆောင်ပစ္စည်းအချို့ယူဆောင်ရန်သွားရောက်ခဲ့ရာ နေအိမ်ခြံ၀င်းရှေ့သို့ရောက်ရှိစဥ် AA အဖွဲ့မှ ထောင်ထားသည့်မိုင်းတစ်လုံးအား နင်းမိပေါက်ကွဲသဖြင့် ခြေထောက် ၂ ဖက်တွင် ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာများရရှိခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

ရာအိမ်မှူး မာမတ်ဆော်လိမ်သည် လွန်ခဲ့သည့် တစ်ပတ်ခန့်တွင် ကျေးရွာအတွင်းသို့ AA အဖွဲ့များရောက်ရှိလာပြီး တပ်မတော်နှင့်ထိတွေ့တိုက်ပွဲများဖြစ်ပွားသဖြင့် ရွာထဲတွင်နေထိုင်ရဲခြင်းမရှိတော့သဖြင့် စိမ်းညှင်းပြားကျေးရွာရှိ ၎င်း၏ဆွေမျိုးနေအိမ်သို့ သွားရောက်တိမ်းရှောင်နေထိုင်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ဂူတာပြင်ကျေးရွာတွင် တိုက်ပွဲဖြစ်ပွားမှုကြောင့် ရွာသူ/သားများသည် ရွာထဲတွင်နေထိုင်ခြင်းမရှိတော့ဘဲ အခြားကျေးရွာများသို့ ထွက်ပြေးတိမ်းရှောင်နေထိုင်သဖြင့် AA အဖွဲ့သည် ကျေးရွာအတွင်းရှိ လူသွားလမ်းနှင့် လူနေအိမ်ခြံ၀င်းများတွင် မိုင်းများလိုက်လံထောင်ထားသည်ဟု ရွာသားတစ်ဦး၏ပြောကြားချက်အရ သိရှိရပါသည်။

ဒဏ်ရာရရှိသူ မာမတ်ဆော်လိမ်အား ဘူးသီးတောင်ဆေးရုံမှ မောင်တော်ခရိုင်ပြည်သူ့ဆေးရုံသို့ ဆက်လက်ပို့ဆောင်ကုသပေးလျက်ရှိတယ်လို့ သိရှိရပါသည်။

AA သောင်းကျန်းသူ များစက်တင်ဘာလကုန်ပိုင်း ၌ ဂူတာပြင်ကျေးရွာ အတွင်း မိုင်းများထောင်ကာ စခန်းချခဲ့ကြောင်းဒေသခံများ ထံမှသိရှိရပါသည်။

30 Rohingya citizens detained while fleeing to India

BGB arrested 30 Rohingya citizens from Khadera border of Comilla's Burichong upazila while fleeing illegally to India.

BGB arrested them on Thursday (October 6). In the afternoon, the Rohingyas were handed over to Burichong police station in Comilla.

Burichong Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Maruf Rahman confirmed the matter.

According to the police, the detained Rohingya citizens are members of five families. Among them 16 children, eight women and six men. All of them are residents of Kutupalong Transit Camp in Ukhia, Cox's Bazar.

According to the police, they escaped from the Kutupalong transit camp in Cox's Bazar on Wednesday (October 5) night. Later, as per the plan, the Khadera BGB camp members arrested them at the Khadera border of Burichong, Comilla, bordering India.

Police said they were preparing to cross the border and go to India in the hope of good earnings.

Burichong Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Maruf Rahman said that arrangements are being made to send the detained Rohingya citizens back to the camp.

Bangladesh Coast Guard (BCG) has taken the highest alert position at the Teknaf border to prevent the entry of Roingyas fleeing Myanmar.

Considering the recent incidents along the Bangladesh-Myanmar border, the members of the Coast Guard are working relentlessly to avert any untoward situation, BCG said in a statement today (Oct 2, 2022).

Besides, the law enforcers are patrolling the sea through high-speed boats round the clock from Teknaf to Shahpori Island to stop any new entry of Rohingyas, human trafficking and smuggling, it added.

Additional members of the Coast Guard have been deployed in Teknaf, Shahpori, Baharchara and Saint Martin areas to face any situation and ensure people’s security, read the statement.

On September 16, a Rohingya boy was killed and five others were injured as a mortar shell fired by the Myanmar army exploded at the Zero Point Rohingya Camp close to the international border in Tombru, Bandarban.

The deceased was identified as Mohammad Iqbal, son of Monir Ahmed and resident of the Zero Point Rohingya Camp, known as the camp that is closest to the Bangladesh-Myanmar border, in No Man’s Land.

On the same day, an indigenous youth was grievously injured in a landmine explosion along the Bangladesh-Myanmar border in Naikhongchhari upazila of Bandarban.

The injured is Anganthowai Tanchangya, 22, a resident of Ghumdhum union of the upazila.

Locals said it was the Myanmarese army that had mined the area. One exploded near Tombru border when the youth went there to bring back his cow.

Twelve mortar shells have been fired by the Myanmar army on Bangladesh territory so far. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh has warned the Myanmar authorities about this incident

ဗိုလ်မှူးမျိုးမင်းထွန်းဟာ လွတ်မြောက်နယ်မြေမှာ တခြားသူနဲ့ဘဝတူ CDM စစ်သည်ဟောင်းတချို့နဲ့ အတူနေထိုင်ခဲ့ရာကနေ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၅ ရက်ခန့်က ပျောက်ဆုံးသွားပါတယ်။ အခုနောက်ဆုံးရသတင်းတွေအရ ပြည်တွင်းကို ပြန်လည်သွားရောက်စဉ် သူဖမ်းဆီးခံခဲ့ရတယ်လို့ အနီးကပ်ဆက်ဆံခဲ့သူတချို့က RFA ကို ပြောဆိုကြသလို တချို့ကလည်း စစ်ကောင်စီထံ ပြန်လည်လက်နက်ချသွားတာဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ကြားသိရကြောင်း ပြောပါတယ်။

ဒါ့အပြင် သူဟာ စစ်ကောင်စီက စေလွှတ်လိုက်တဲ့ သူလျှိုတစ်ဦးဖြစ်နိုင်တယ်ဆိုတဲ့ ဝေဖန်သံတွေလည်း ဒီမိုကရေစီအင်အားစုတွေအကြား ထွက်ပေါ်နေပါတယ်။ စစ်ကောင်စီဘက်လိုက်ရေးသားသူတွေတချို့ကတော့ သူ့ကိုဖမ်းဆီးမိတယ်လို့ ပြောဆိုရေးသားနေကြတာ မြင်ရပါတယ်။

"ကိုမျိုးမင်းထွန်းက ၂၀၂၂ မတ်လပိုင်းလောက်မှာ ကျနော်တို့နဲ့ ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီး CDM လုပ်ခဲ့တယ်။ နောက်ပိုင်း ဧပြီလလောက်ထိ ကူညီခဲ့တာ ရှိတယ် ဒါပေမယ့် နောက်ပိုင်းမှာတော့ သူအနေနဲ့ ကျနော်တို့ဆီက ယူတာမျိုးတွေမရှိဘူး။ အဲဒီနောက်ပိုင်းမှာလည်း ကျနော်တို့နဲ့ အဆက်အသွယ်မရှိတော့ဘူး။ အခုကတော့သူက စစ်ကောင်စီလက်ထဲ ပြန်ရောက်သွားပြီဆိုပြီး ကျနော်တို့ ကြားရတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် ကျနော့်အနေနဲ့ကတော့ နောက်ဆုံးအခြေအနေ မသိသေးဘူးဗျ။ တကယ်ရောက်တာလည်း ဖြစ်နိုင်တယ်။ ဒါမှမဟုတ် မရောက်တာလည်းဖြစ်နိုင်တယ်။ သို့သော်လည်း ကိုမျိုးမင်းထွန်းနဲ့က အဆက်အသွယ်ပြတ်သွားတာသေချာတယ်။ ဒီကိစ္စကတော့ CDM တွေ အတွက်ဆို တော်တော့ကို ယုံကြည်မှုထိခိုက်စေတဲ့ ကိစ္စပေါ့ဗျာ။ ပြန် မိသွားတာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ပြန်အဖမ်းခံတာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ဒီလိုမျိုးဖြစ်သွားတဲ့ အပေါ်မှာလည်း ပြန်ပြီး ကိုယ့်CDM အချင်းချင်း တော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုတွေရဲ့အကြောင်းတွေ ပြန်ဖော်တာမျိုးဆိုရင် ယုံကြည်မှုလည်း ပျက်ပြားစေနိုင်တဲ့ ကိစ္စလို့ မြင်ပါတယ်ဗျ။ ပြည်သူတွေက CDM အပေါ်မှာ ယုံယုံကြည်ကြည်နဲ့ လက်ခံပေးကြတယ်။ ဒီအပေါ်မှာ CDM လုပ်လာတဲ့ စစ်သားတွေကလည်း တန်ဖိုးထားသင့်တာပေါ့။ ကိုယ်က မတော်တဆ ပြန်မိသွားတာမျိုးပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ တော်လှန်ရေး ရဲဘော်အချင်းချင်းမှာ ဖော်တာတွေက လုံးဝမလုပ်သင့်ဘူးပေါ့။ အထူးသဖြင့်တော့ ပြည်သူလူထုရဲ့ ယုံကြည်မှုအပေါ်မှာ အလွဲသုံးစားမလုပ်သင့်ဘူးပေါ့ဗျာ။ ဒီလိုလုပ်တဲ့ ရှိတဲ့သူတွေကြောင့်လည်း ကျနော်တို့လည်း ပြည်သူကို အင်မတန် ပြန်အားနာမိပါတယ်။"

ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ မတ်လမှာ လွတ်မြောက်နယ်မြေရောက်ရှိခဲ့စဉ်က ဗိုလ်ကြီးညီသုတနဲ့ အမေးအဖြေပြုလုပ်စဉ် ဗိုလ်မှူး မျိုးမင်းထွန်း က ခုလို ပြောဆိုခဲ့ဖူးပါတယ်။

"တအားကြီး ကြာနေပြီ။ ဒီတိုင်းကြာနေရင် ပြည်သူကလည်း ဒုက္ခရောက်မယ်။ ကိုယ်တို့ စစ်သားတွေလည်း ပိုပြီးတော့ ဒီထက်ဆိုးကျိုးတွေ ခံစားနေရဦးမယ်။ သေကြဦးမယ်။ အကိုတို့ကတော့ ထိခိုက်သေကြေပျက်စီးမှုကို အနည်းဆုံးဖြစ်စေချင်တာပေါ့။ အနည်းဆုံးနဲ့ ဒီဟာကို ပြီးသွားစေချင်တာ။ အဲဒါနဲ့ပဲ CDM လုပ်ဖို့ ဆုံးဖြတ်လိုက်တာပါ။"

ဗိုလ်မှူးမျိုးမင်းထွန်းဟာ လွတ်မြောက်နယ်မြေမှာ နေထိုင်ခဲ့တဲ့ ၆ လခန့်အတွင်း စစ်ကောင်စီကို တော်လှန်ရေးသမားတွေအနေနဲ့ အနိုင်ရရှိဖို့ မလွယ်ကူကြောင်း မကြာခဏပြောဆိုလေ့ရှိသလို လက်ရှိနေထိုင်ရတဲ့ အခက်အခဲတွေကို စိတ်ပျက်ကြောင်းလည်း ညည်းညူလေ့ရှိတယ်လို့ သူနဲ့ အနီးကပ်ဆက်ဆံခဲ့သူတွေက ပြောပါတယ်။ သူ့ဇနီးဖြစ်သူဟာ ကြံ့ခိုင်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးပါတီကို ထောက်ခံသူဖြစ်တယ်လို့လည်း ဆိုပါတယ်။

နိုင်ငံရေးလေ့လာသူ ရှေ့နေဦးကြီးမြင့်က ဒီအဖြစ်အပျက်ဟာ တော်လှန်ရေးသမားတွေအတွက် သတိပေးခေါင်းလောင်းသံဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ပြောပါတယ်။

"CDM ဆိုတာဘယ်လို CDM မျိုးလည်းဆိုတာ စိစစ်ပါ။ နောင်အခါမှာ ကိုယ့်ဘက်က အရေးကြီးတဲ့ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တွေ အသက်တွေ ပါသွားနိုင်ပါတယ်။ အခုပျောက်သွားပြီဆိုကတည်းက ကျနော်တို့ ပေါ့ဆမှုနဲ့ တာဝန်ရှိမှုကတော့ ပေါ်နေပြီ။ နောင်အခါမှာ ကိုယ့်ဘက်ကလူကြီးတွေရဲ့ အသက်အန္တရာယ် စစ်ဘက်လုံခြုံရေးကို ထိခိုက်မှာကို စိုးရိမ်တယ်ဗျ အဲဒါတော့ ကျနော်ပြောချင်တယ်။"

နိုင်ငံရေးလေ့လာသူ နောက်တစ်ဦးဖြစ်တဲ့ ဦးသန်းစိုးနိုင်ကလည်း စစ်ကောင်စီလက်အောက်က ထွက်လာပူးပေါင်းသူတွေကို ကြိုဆိုရမှာဖြစ်သလို သတိထားစောင့်ကြည့်ဖို့ လိုအပ်တယ်လို့ ဝေဖန်ပါတယ်။

"သူတို့အတွက်လုံလောက်တဲ့ တာဝန်ပေးမှု ခံစားမှု လုံလောက်တဲ့ လုံခြုံမှုပေးမှု၊ ဒါတွေမပြည့်စုံတွေ အတွက်လည်းပြန်သွားတာ ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ယုံကြည်မှု မပြိုကွဲအောင် တစ်ဖက်က လုပ်ဆောင်ရမှာဖြစ်သလို တစ်ဖက်ကလည်း ကိုယ့်ဘက်က လျှို့ဝှက်ချက်တွေ မလိုအပ်တဲ့ ပေါက်ကြားမှုတွေ မဖြစ်ဖို့အတွက် ကျနော်တို့ဘက်က သတိထားမှုတွေ အချက်ပေးလိုက်တဲ့ ကိစ္စလို့ပဲမြင်ရပါတယ်။ အထူးသဖြင့် အရာရှိအဆင့်ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တွေ CDM လုပ်လာပြီဆိုရင်တော့ သူတို့အပေါ် ယုံယုံကြည်ကြည်ဆက်ဆံရင်းနဲ့ ကာလတစ်ခုစောင့်ကြည့်ဖို့ လိုအပ်လာလိမ့်မယ်လို့ ကျနော်က အကြံပြုချင်ပါတယ်။"

အခုလို ဗိုလ်မှူးမျိုးမင်းထွန်း လက်နက်ချသွားတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ သတင်းကြောင့် သူနဲ့အတူနေခဲ့သူတွေ အလျင်အမြန် နေရာပြောင်းရွှေ့ခဲ့ကြတယ်လို့ သတင်းရရှိပါတယ်။ ဒီကိစ္စနဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး စစ်ကောင်စီဘက်က တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ထုတ်ပြန်ပြောဆိုခြင်း မရှိသေးပါဘူး။ ။
