🎤 Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Talent Executive, you will be the crucial link between our artists and their audience. You will work closely with our internal team to:
-Nurture Talent: Support artist management and scouting to discover the next big voice in Myanmar.
-Amplify Presence: Assist in crafting and executing innovative marketing and promotion strategies.
-Be the Main Point of Contact: Manage communications with artists, labels, and industry partners.
-Orchestrate Success: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and ensure our artists are where they need to be.
-Drive Deals: Help explain and negotiate contracts, ensuring the best outcomes for our talent.
-Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest music and entertainment industry trends.
✅ Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who lives and breathes music.
-A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
-3+ years of experience in a talent-facing, marketing, or agency role; experience in the music industry is a huge plus!
-A genuine understanding and passion for the music and entertainment landscape.
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – you’re a people person!
-The ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Tech-savvy, with a knack for learning new platforms and tools.
