"ငလျင်ဘေးသင့်ပြည်သူများအတွက် နိုင်ငံတကာမှ အကူအညီများ မှန်ကန်စွာအသုံးပြုရန်"
မကြာသေးမီက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် လှုပ်ခတ်ခဲ့သော ပြင်းထန်သည့်ငလျင်ကြောင့် ပြည်သူများ အိမ်ရာ၊ အစားအသောက်၊ ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှုများ ဆုံးရှုံးနေရသည့် အခြေအနေကို အလွန်စိုးရိမ်မိပါသည်။ နိုင်ငံတကာက ဤကပ်ဘေးဒဏ်ကို ရင်ဆိုင်နေရသည့် မြန်မာပြည်သူများအား ကူညီရန် ငွေကြေး၊ ဆေးဝါး၊ အစားအသောက်၊ ယာယီခိုလှုံရာနှင့် ကယ်ဆယ်ရေးပစ္စည်းများ အပါအဝင် ကြီးမားသော အကူအညီများ ပံ့ပိုးပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။
ဤအကူအညီများကို "ငလျင်ဒဏ်ခံစားရသူများ၏ ချက်ချင်းလိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့် ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးအတွက်သာ" အသုံးပြုရန် အထူးအရေးကြီးပါသည်။ ဤပစ္စည်းများအား နိုင်ငံရေး သို့မဟုတ် ပုဂ္ဂလိကအကျိုးစီးပွားအတွက် လွဲမှားစွာအသုံးပြုခြင်း လုံးဝမရှိစေရန် လေးနက်စွာ တောင်းဆိုအပ်ပါသည်။
အကူအညီများ ထိရောက်စွာဖြန့်ဖြူးနိုင်ရန် အောက်ပါအချက်များကို အရေးပေါ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါရန် လေးနက်စွာ တိုက်တွန်းအပ်ပါသည် —
တောင်းဆိုချက်များ :
၁. ပွင့်လင်းမြင်သာမှုနှင့် တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိစေရန်
- အလှူငွေနှင့်ပစ္စည်းများ စုဆောင်းခြင်း၊ ခွဲဝေခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို စနစ်တကျ စောင့်ကြည့်ရန်။
- ငွေကြေးအသုံးစရိတ်နှင့် ပစ္စည်းဖြန့်ဖြူးမှုအချက်အလက်များကို ပြည်သူနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းသို့ ပုံမှန်အစီရင်ခံတင်ပြရန်။
၂. ကယ်ဆယ်ရေးအဖွဲ့များအား လွတ်လပ်စွာလုပ်ဆောင်ခွင့်ပေးရန်
- နိုင်ငံတကာနှင့် ဒေသခံလူမှုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများအား ဘေးသင့်ဒေသများသို့ ဝင်ရောက်ကူညီခွင့် ပြုရန်။
၃. ပြည်သူ့လိုအပ်ချက်ကို အဦးစားပေးရန်
- အိမ်ရာ၊ အစားအသောက်၊ သောက်သုံးရေသန့်နှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို အရှိန်မြှင့်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
၄. လွတ်လပ်သောစိစစ်မှုများ ပြုလုပ်ရန်
- နိုင်ငံတကာမှ ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာရှိသော စိစစ်ရေးအဖွဲ့များအား အကူအညီဖြန့်ဖြူးမှုကို ကြီးကြပ်ခွင့်ပြုရန်။

The international community has responded with overwhelming generosity, and nations around the world have pledged substantial donations and emergency aid to support your people in this critical time.
These donations—ranging from financial assistance and essential medical supplies to food, shelter, and rescue equipment—are intended solely for the immediate relief and rehabilitation of those affected by this tragic event. It is imperative that these global contributions be used exclusively to alleviate the suffering of the earthquake victims, and not diverted for personal or political gain or to benefit any individual or family within the ruling elite.
We urge you to take the following steps to ensure that the aid is distributed effectively and equitably:
Demands:
1. Ensure Transparency and Accountability:
Establish robust mechanisms to track the collection and allocation of donations. Regular public reports detailing the use of funds and supplies should be provided to build trust with both the international community and the people of Myanmar.
2. Facilitate Unhindered Access for Humanitarian Organizations:
Allow international and local humanitarian organizations full access to affected areas. Their expertise in disaster response is essential to reach vulnerable populations and deliver aid where it is needed most.
3. Prioritize the Needs of the People:
Direct all available resources to support relief operations, including shelter, food, clean water, and medical care. The focus must be on saving lives and rebuilding communities, rather than diverting aid to non-essential projects or personal enrichment.
4. Implement Independent Monitoring:
Invite reputable international bodies or independent third-party auditors to monitor the distribution of aid. Such oversight will help prevent any misuse of funds and ensure that every donation reaches the intended recipients.
