Tomato Nga Pi Chat with bell peppers
I always have to
make extra caz I loveeeee eating it as a dip with my veggies.
Ingredients:
Shallots
Minced garlic
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped bell peppers
Bird's eye chilli flakes
Turmeric
Paprika
Dried prawn powder
Mushroom powder
Salt

Nostalgia through food❣️
This time I made Mandalay Kyar Zan Chat.
Funny how the smell of this took me way back to summers I spent in Mandalay as a kid. My grandmas would make this in a huge pot to give away to the locals.
