Requirement
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Must have good appearance
- Must be healthy and strong
- Must be able to travel long distances
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, fire alarms, PA systems, etc.)
- Conduct site visits and project assessments
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote ELV solutions
- Collaborate with the technical and design team to prepare brochures, proposals, and marketing materials
- Manage social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns (if applicable)
- Attend industry exhibitions, seminars, and events to represent the company
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Compensation
- Basic Salary + Commission/Bonus Structure
