မတ်လ ၂၈ ရက်နေ့က ရစ်ချ်တာစကေး ၇.၇ အဆင့်ရှိ မြေငလျင်တစ်ခု လှုပ်ခတ်ခဲ့ရာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် မရေမတွက်နိုင်သော မိသားစုများ အသက် အိုးအိမ် ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံး ဖြစ်ခဲ့ရပါတယ်
March ၃၁ မှာ ငလျင် ဒဏ် အဓိက ခံ ခဲ့ ရတဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အလယ်ပိုင်းကို ဟန်စု volunteer doctor အနေ နဲ့ ကူညီဖို့ စတင် ထွက်ခွာခဲ့တယ်။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားတစ်ယောက် အနေ နဲ့ရော စေတနာ့ဝန်ထမ်းဆရာဝန်တစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ အပျက်အစီးတွေအပြင်ဘက်မှာ စောင့်နေတဲ့မိသားစုတွေရဲ့နာကျင်မှုဝေဒနာတွေကို တွေ့မြင်ခဲ့ရပါတယ်။
ကိုယ့် မိသားစု သာ ဒီ နေရာ မှာ ဆိုရင် စိတ် နဲ့ ပြောမပြနိုင်အောင် ဝမ်းနည်း ခဲ့ရပါတယ်
ငလျင်ဘေးဒုက္ခသည်တွေကို ကူညီဖို့ ကျွန်မ တတ်နိုင် သမျှ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနေ ပါတယ်
ဒါပေမယ့် ဒီ ငလျင်ဒဏ် က ကျွန်မ တစ်ယောက်တည်း ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်တာထက် ပိုကြီးမားတဲ့ အခက်အခဲ တစ်ခုပါ။
ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးလမ်းဟာ ငလျင်ဒဏ်ခံ ရတဲ့ ဒေသတွေ အတွက် ထိခိုက်နစ်နာသူတွေ မိသားစု တွေ အတွက် ခရီးရှည် ကြီးပါ
ကမ္ဘာ့ခေါင်းဆောင်များ၊ လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ဒေသခံ လူမှူရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်း များ , မိမိ တတ်နိုင်တဲ့ ဘက် က ကူညီပေးနေတဲ့ တစ်ဦး တစ်ယောက် ချင်းစီ ကို ကျေးဇူးအထူးတင်ရှိပါတယ်
မေတ္တာ စေတနာနဲ့ ဒီ ကူညီ ပေးမှူ က အသက်အိုးအိမ် များ စွာ တွေကို ကယ်တင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
အခုလို အကျပ်အတည်းကာလမှာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနဲ့ မြန်မာ ပြည်သူပြည်သား တွေ နှင့် အတူ ရပ်တည်ပေးပါ ရန် မေတ္တာ ရပ်ခံပါတယ်ရှင်
ကြိုးစားမှုတိုင်း၊ လှူဒါန်းမှုတိုင်း၊ ကူညီပေးမှုတိုင်းက ထူးခြားမှု့ဖြစ်စေပါတယ်။
ဒီငလျင်ဒဏ်ကြောင့် ဒုက္ခရောက်ခဲ့ရသူတွေနဲ့ အတူတူ တစ်သားတည်းရှိနေပြီး ဆုတောင်းပေးပါတယ်ရှင် 🙏🏻
On the 28th of March , a devastating earthquake with a magnitude of 7.7, has struck Myanmar, leaving countless families in despair.
I went to the central region of Myanmar, where the earthquake has left unimaginable destruction.
As a citizen of Myanmar and volunteer doctor, I have witnessed the pain and devastation—families waiting outside the rubble, hoping, praying for a miracle, searching for their missing loved ones.
Seeing their suffering breaks my heart.
I will do everything I can to help the earthquake victims but this is a crisis far greater than what we can handle alone.
The road to recovery is long, and the people affected cannot wait.
To the world leaders, humanitarian organizations, and everyone who has extended their help—thank you so much.
Your kindness and generosity are saving lives.Please stand with Myanmar in this time of crisis.
