π Abstract (Brief):
This study explores the influence of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) practices on employee engagement, with a particular focus on Bumrungrad International Hospital in Thailand. Findings reveal that ethical SHRM practices strengthen industrial relations, communication, and employee motivation, which in turn improve job satisfaction and engagement. The research highlights key gaps between international SHRM practices and current practices in Myanmarβs private hospitals, offering insights for improving employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
