"June 2025 Solstice: Next Level Sovereignty"
The Solstice brings in cosmic pause coding to allow us to align, body, mind and the Higher Self after a dizzying few weeks of intense geomagnetic storms, CMEโs and strong solar flares! This Solstice is a galactic reset that takes us deeper inside, and invites us to anchor in greater sovereignty. It will also stretch the heart and brain coherence to encompass an expansive sense of reality.
This balancing energy was preceded by the galactic alignment of the planet Mars and star Regulus (Leo constellationโs brightest star โ itโs actually 4 stars- and is known as the Lionโs heart) together in the constellation Leo on June 17 โ which symbolizes assertiveness, courage, and success.
Mars in Leo is dynamic and ready to move forward, while Regulus adds a heart-felt drive for success and a competitive spirit โ its not personal though, its collective, co-creative based. This combination allows us to amplify ambition/passion and divine integrity, guiding spiritual/personal growth and transformative life transitions!
After the Solstice we leave more of the โseparationโ paradigm, and will find that we can embrace the 2025 Yearly archetypes of the Lover & Magical Child, and Compassionate Innocent and Wise Advocate, so move into different parts of ourselves with more fluidity โ we can cry because of deep sadness or due to sudden, ecstatic joy, or have moving, cathartic epiphanies or compassion for the suffering of others, or feel the interconnectedness of life โ all in a single day, we are feeling it all. We are feeling BIGGER, WIDER, DEEPER!
As we release the rigidity of the ego and segue into wise, heart based living we can emotionally swing; bubble and overflow with joy and wonder, and then quickly shift to aching sadness, or anxiety/fear, there can be a sensing of life being expansive, more peaceful, colours are brighter, birds sounds have greater inner resonance, people can seem kinder and more generous as we move into the higher octaves of cosmic reality. Our sensory system will continue to expand, with right brained, feminine connection to ALL THAT IS, and our acuity will grow. Like hearing a pin drop in another room amid a crowd of loud people.
Each of us will experience this shift in our own way as our sentience grows via higher levels of Light! As you anchor in this new sense of your Sovereign self, you may need to withdraw for certain periods of time, continue resting, as your body, mind, cells, and vibrational field are shifting, morphing, changing and recalibrating.
Trust that you are activating your next level Sovereignty coding and connection to Source!
The door of the heart is opening wider so that we can love without limitation, yet still protect that love with clear boundaries. If you have been feeling exhausted, disheartened or disillusioned, allow the Solstice light to return more joy and innocence to your being and open your heart to love and light again. This is a tipping point that can remove your blinders to reveal a world of infinite possibility, and help you see the positive in your current situation. Perhaps you will have illumination, insights or a spiritual shift in perspective?

Align with the vibrant frequencies of the sun and cosmos by being outside for as long as possible on June 21. Take a starlight walk at night and meditate on your cosmic origins. You are a Star Being!
Make a Solstice vibrational water essence โ put a jar with filtered water outside for a few hours โ perhaps add a few of your favourite crystals in the water โ then drink in the light!
Clear and charge your crystals by putting them outside for the day and night
Use this high frequency moment to visualize yourself anchoring Light for your personal transformation and for the world โ by clearing the way and anchoring in light you make it easier for others to transform and awaken!
Eat light, nourishing foods, purified water that keep your vibration high that day.
Sleep outside under the stars if you are able to where you live.
