A wonderful welcome dinner to a delegation of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs South Korea, headed by its Bailli Délégué Roland Hinni , Henry Ho and other members.
We also saw the beginning of the next generation of members coming in to the scene, including .15.08 / 🇵🇹 Pedro Lobo Durães, 羅丹揚 🇲🇴 and Sangwon Suh that made the final toast of the evening!

When you are asked by your son 🇵🇹 Pedro Lobo Durães, 羅丹揚 🇲🇴 to come here, because he really misses these ramen dishes, you just can’t say no!

The surprisingly lovely Gin Sete Cabeças from Licor Sete Cabeças straight from my hometown Município de Fafe on the vey day it celebrates 40 Years of its elevation to City!

In a commitment to sustainability and the full use of the raw material, it incorporate the botanicals resulting from the maceration of Sete Cabeças Liquor, which are resed together with Zimbro, creating a unique connection between the two creations and giving greater complexity and depth to the sensory profile. After distillation, the GIN stages in a wooden casks, where it acquires softness, balance and a distinct golden colour, rare and elegant. This stage gives subtle and engaging notes, resulting in a sophisticated and memorable gin.
