I posted this to answer a question from a international friend. I think you also have this question: how to negotiate with Chinese suppliers to make them lower their prices🤷♀️
I hope to help some international entrepreneurs and small business owners buy better quality and lower-priced Chinese products. 😁
1: I think if you need to get Chinese suppliers to lower their prices, you can learn a few Chinese sentences or use translation software to communicate with suppliers in Chinese. Because in the minds of Chinese suppliers, Poland is a developed country and they think that Poles are rich. Their product prices will be higher.
2: If you want to purchase a certain Chinese product, you can lie to the supplier and say that you are a big company and can purchase from such suppliers for a long time and stably, then they will lower the purchase price to retain you as a big customer🤦♂️
3: You can look for suppliers on different Chinese websites. If the product you need to purchase has a low technical content. Generally, there will be many suppliers competing in China🤔
4: When the supplier gives you a quotation for purchasing a product, you think the price is too high, you can ask them to lower the price. If they don't lower the price, you can temporarily not respond to them. The supplier can do so in the near future in order to retain you as a customer. The supplier may give in and lower the price for you. 😉😉
5: This method is what I often use. After confirming the product, don't place an order quickly. Call the supplier several times in just a few days to communicate everything about the product. The suppliers I met always lowered the price within 5 calls or WeChat videos. (You need to be able to speak Chinese and call Chinese suppliers)💕💕
