We're Hiring: Marketing Manager

Stivala Group is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy across our portfolio of brands in Malta!

Key responsibilities include:
🔹 Develop and implement annual marketing strategies across Stivala Group brands
🔹 Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand identity
🔹 Plan and execute campaigns focused on occupancy, revenue, leads and bookings
🔹 Manage digital marketing channels, social media, websites, SEO, paid advertising and email marketing
🔹 Lead content creation and social media strategy
🔹 Support PR, partnerships and reputation management
🔹 Coordinate marketing activities across different business units
🔹 Manage marketing budgets, performance and ROI reporting
🔹 Lead internal teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality delivery

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role
✅ Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media
✅ Excellent communication and organisation skills
✅ Creative, proactive and result-oriented approach

What we're looking for:
