This is one of our favourite ongoing partnerships.

Rough Patch helps people find counselling and support for mental health. But customers were stuck at the first hurdle: how do I choose the right counsellor?

To improve the customer journey we built a quiz that removes that friction. Answer a few questions, get matched with counsellors who aligns with you.

No overthinking, no scrolling through endless profiles.

We also just launched their new meditation page (free live meditations plus affordable downloadable guided sessions). Another way to support customers at different stages of their wellness journey.

This is what ongoing support looks like. As your business grows and changes, your website should evolve with it.

With branding, consistency is key.

CK Health's website had a strong foundation (great content, solid SEO, loyal audience).

But it didn't feel cohesive.

The homepage looked different from the service pages. Social media didn't match the website. Nothing felt like it belonged to the same business.

We created a flexible page template system that could be rolled across the entire site, updated the typography and colour palette, improved mobile responsiveness, and made the whole experience feel intentional and modern.

A cohesive digital presence doesn't just look better (though we are loving our work 💅), it actually builds trust. People feel confident they're dealing with a professional, organised business.

CK Health's Instagram feed was... well lets just say it was doing its own thing.

Mismatched sizing, different branding, and visuals that didn't connect to what people were seeing on the website.

As an added bonus to their website redesign, we created a full social media template suite to bring consistency across their digital presence.

It sounds small, but it can actually have a big impact.

When your social media feels mismatched or is disconnected from your website, people might interpret that as unprofessional. But when it all feels cohesive it reads as organised, intentional and legitimate.

There is always something meaningful about working with a founder at the very beginning of their business journey, but this project felt especially personal.

Our friend Victoria, is launching her first coaching business and our job was to bring her brand identity to life.

We wanted to create something polished enough to give her confidence, warm enough to reflect how she actually works, and flexible enough to grow as the business evolves.

For this project we created all the foundations (logo suite, colour palette, typography, brand styling, mockups) so she’s ready to to start connecting with the women she’s here to support.

We’re so proud to have played a small part in helping bring this new coaching brand to life, and we can’t wait to see where Victoria takes it next.

As an online business we're used to working across multiple timezones, but for some reason May made the differences impossible to ignore.

Australia is going into winter so everyone is in heads-down work mode (launching sites, building businesses, clearing that endless to-do list). Because let's be honest, there's not much else to do when it's cold outside.

Meanwhile here in Malta.. well let’s just say it’s aperol spritz season 🍹

Summer's arrived and the work ethic has taken a very leisurely turn. The vibe is very much "we'll get to it eventually."

The only silver lining is that the timezone shift actually works in our favour right now (No 6 am meetings required!)

Party4Purpose turns gift waste into charity funding. It’s a simple concept with a big impact but only if people actually understand what you do and why it matters.

We built them a complete social media system designed to do exactly that.

They’re not just pretty templates (though they are), but strategic content that clearly explains the platform, tells real stories, and gives people a reason to follow, engage, and share.

It was important to create a repeatable, scalable content system their team can use without needing a designer on call.

This is part of a bigger marketing strategy we're working on with them, but the social piece was crucial. You can have the best mission in the world but if you can't communicate it clearly and consistently, it won’t reach the people who need to hear it.
