🐣 Easter Chocolate “Egg” Truffles
These little chocolate egg truffles are the perfect no-bake Easter treat! 🍫
They’re rich, chocolatey, and so easy to make with just a few ingredients. Shape them into mini eggs and coat them with cocoa, coconut, or sprinkles for a fun and festive Easter dessert. / ad
Ingredients -
• 100 g dark chocolate
• 40–50 g Stork butter
• 50 g crushed biscuits
• Cocoa powder or coconut for coating
Method -
1. Melt the dark chocolate together with the Stork butter.
2. Stir in the crushed biscuits until the mixture becomes thick and well combined.
3. Scoop small portions and shape them into little egg shapes with your hands.
4) Sprinkle the truffles in cocoa powder or coconut.
6. Chill again for about 30 minutes until firm.
