My new, simple and calm life has been pretty good I must say, going between playing gigs, gym, spa, home alone with my shadow work, with books, music, cooking healthy meals, gardening and sporadic outdoor fun with very selected people, while keeping everything as private as possible.
Today I’m celebrating 11 months alcohol free and I never thought it would be possible but here I am, doing it! I’m very happy that I finally managed to make the big changes in my life that, deep inside, I always wanted to make. I’m very proud of the woman I’m becoming and I’m never letting her go because she is the real and raw me! It’s been an ugly but also pretty journey rediscovering myself, very necessary and worth it.
