So many birthday wishes on my feed, messages, comments, and inboxes… I might not be able to reply to each one personally, but know that I’ve seen them all and I’m truly touched. 💌✨🥳
I had a beautiful birthday celebration with my family this year as usual.

Instead of going back to the same hotels, I decided to explore something new — and I tried Jalsa Hotel for the first time. It was such a refreshing moment! 🌿
The ambiance was peaceful, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They even surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. 🎂💖

We had a lovely family time. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
Although the buffet had a limited selection, the food was genuinely tasty and satisfying. 🍽️☕️

🎂 Happy birthday to me! ❤️🥳🎂🎁

Aujourd’hui, c’est mon anniversaire. Et c’est censé être une belle journée.
Mais cette année, c’est différent. C’est le premier anniversaire sans ma grand-mère adorée, Mame. 💔💔

Cela fait sept mois maintenant… Sept mois à vivre sans elle, sans sa présence, ses mots, son amour, ses câlins, sa joie de vivre, tout d’elle.
Elle a toujours été là pour chacun de mes anniversaires. Et aujourd’hui, elle ne l’est plus.
Et je réalise que les prochains seront aussi sans elle. Une réalité difficile à accepter. 🥺

On me dit que c’est une journée joyeuse, qu’il faut célébrer…
Et je l’ai fait, comme d’habitude, entourée de ma famille, comme j’ai toujours aimé le faire.
Mais au fond de moi, il y a cette tristesse silencieuse qui m’habite.
Derrière mes sourires, il y a une larme, il y a un manque.
C’est une journée à la fois joyeuse et déchirante.
Mais malheureusement, je dois m’adapter à cette réalité maintenant.

C’est vrai que j’ai été moins présente sur les réseaux dernièrement.
Beaucoup m’écrivent : “Où es-tu ? On ne te voit pas poster ? Est-ce que ça va ?”
La vérité, c’est que je n’en avais pas la force.
J’ai refusé plusieurs collaborations, simplement parce que je n’avais pas envie d’être devant la caméra, pas envie de parler.
Pas envie de faire semblant.
Je suis quelqu’un d’authentique. Et je ne peux pas me forcer à faire comme si tout allait bien quand ce n’est pas le cas.
Tout n’est pas une question d’argent.

Je suis dans un processus de deuil, oui, mais aussi dans une phase où mes envies, mes priorités et même mes contenus ont commencé à changer.
Je consacre aujourd’hui beaucoup plus de temps à The Social Studio, à mes prestations de digital marketing, à mes clients et autres.
Et parfois, je préfère être derrière la caméra que devant. 🎥
C’est devenu tout aussi passionnant que d’être à l’écran.
Je ne mets pas de côté l’influence — elle fait toujours partie de mes prestations et de mon métier,
mais je prends le temps qu’il me faut.

Je reviendrai, petit à petit, à mon rythme.
Dès que je me sentirai prête, dès que j’aurai à nouveau cette envie de publier, d’accepter de nouvelles collaborations, de partager mes journées au quotidien en stories, et autres.
Alors merci à tous ceux qui m’envoient des messages, qui prennent de mes nouvelles, qui continuent à me soutenir malgré mon absence.
Vous êtes une communauté en or, comme je vous l’ai toujours dit. 🫶☺️
