I started by buying my first phone cash on my own at 16,
Bought my first laptop cash on my own at 22,
Invested in my first degree cash on my own at 25,
Bought my first car on my own fully paid at 30,
Bought my first apartment on my own at 33.
I'm not saying all that to FLEX 💪 (okay maybe a little 🤭), but MOSTLY to show you that it is possible. 💯
For those who know me, I lost my dad when I was a 5yr old. My mother had to raise us both my brother and I ALONE... Oh YES she hustled... Effin badly...
While I saw other kids being given mobile phones, digital cameras, losing them, getting new ones, getting their own desktop computer, wearing branded clothes, I could not get access to those. It was not even an option to SUGGEST mom to give me money to buy a branded clothing. We even once had a power cut because mom did not pay the bills yet! 😐🤣
Absolutely felt poor and at the LOWEST level. 😥
I felt that everything would have been different if my dad was still there. I/we would be better off!
AND...
I could have thought:
❌ I won't be able to get a mobile phone because I don't have a dad and don't have the money..
❌ I cannot buy my own laptop because I don't have a dad and don't have the money..
❌ I cannot pursue further studies because I don't have my parent's money to help me..
❌ I cannot buy a car because I don't have a dad who can advise me and I don't have the money, it's too expensive..
❌ I cannot buy an apartment because I am on my own and in today's times, you can only buy a property if you are two-married/in a relationship..
Heck ... To be COMPLETELY honest, I once believed all those too at some point.
BUT, I did not let these stories define my life.
I did not let other people's stories and society's limiting beliefs define my path..
I CHOSE to reframe and rewrite those beliefs...
Was it EASY? No. Still not. But it gets easiER...
Did I have DOUBTS? Absolutely. Still do. But you learn to shush them. 🤫
Did I have SETBACKS? Hell yes! Even RIGHT NOW!
But you learn to be resilient and resourceful. 🧠
AND... The FIRST time is always harder...
The more you put yourself outside of your comfort zone, the more you find it easier to adapt.
Sometimes it was not by choice, but for survival...
However, I'm grateful for all the lessons I've learnt and the experiences I've gathered.
I am thankful for what I have today and my journey up to now... AND I want more!!!
You never lose. You either WIN ✅ or you LEARN. 📚
If I was able to do all that, if it was possible for me, why can't it be possible for you?
My NEXT TARGET 🎯 you ASK?
Hitting MINIMUM 700000 RS / 14600 $ income PER MONTH through different income streams before 40.
Today I want to ask you:
What are the stories you tell yourself?
What are the stories and limiting beliefs you've inherited from other people?
Do you think that it's time to reframe and rewrite those stories?
Do you want us to rewrite these stories together?
