Our theme for this year is “From Untold Tales to Unfolding Tomorrows”, where in this theme lies a profound appreciation for the human experience. It is about a moment to reflect on the deeply personal moments that have defined one’s path—the triumphs that made one proud, the idea that was developed that became one’s identity, the setbacks that taught resilience, the people who influenced the journey, and the turning points that changed one’s perspective. Our speakers will aim to share those moments of vulnerability, courage, and insight that resonate universally, yet remain uniquely theirs. These are the stories that will spark connection, the ones that remind us that behind every idea, innovation, or success lies the profound imprint of humanity.

We are excited to share the first photos from the inaugural TEDx Middlesex University Mauritius! Held on May 18, 2024, at our beautiful campus, this landmark event featured 10 inspiring speakers, including 6 industry experts and 4 of our own talented students. The theme A.I.M (Amplify voices that inspire change, inspire minds to take action, and mobilize communities towards a brighter future), set the stage for a day filled with visionary ideas and powerful discussions.
