Exactly one year ago, I left Mauritius for Nigeria—filled with joy at the thought of reuniting with my loved ones and carrying great expectations into the new year.
As the clock edged closer to midnight, I was still in the air, watching the hours count down. I remember the mix of curiosity, excitement, and quiet reflection as I said goodbye to 2024 and stepped into a brand-new 2025 while onboard a flight.
Not all my desires and prayer requests were answered in 2025, yet so much was achieved. Through every high and low, one thing remained constant: God’s faithfulness.
He showed up in ways seen and unseen, and for that, I am deeply grateful.
If the Lord has been good to you in 2025, take a moment to say, “Thank You, Lord, for 2025,” as we prepare to step into an even greater year—2026.
