Therme Bucharest, Europe's Largest Thermal Spa - €20! 🌴💦😍
And yes, this is actually in Romania!
This is Therme Bucharest, located just outside the capital, only a few minutes from the airport.
The place opened in 2016, and it's hard to believe something like this exists in a country where winters can get pretty cold.
Just imagine. It's snowing outside, the temperature is below freezing, and you're swimming in 33°C water surrounded by around 1,500 palm trees!
You can even swim from the indoor pool straight into the outdoor one without getting out of the water.
There are also water slides, saunas, restaurants and bars where you can order a drink without leaving the pool.
But here's something that might surprise you.
A 3-hour ticket to The Palm costs around €20 during the week. And if you want to stay all day, it's around €34.
Of course, food and drinks aren't included, but even those aren't too expensive. You can get a drink for around €5, which is pretty reasonable compared to many other European spas.
Still, it's pretty interesting that you can have this kind of experience in Romania without spending hundreds of euros.
And unlike a beach holiday, you don't have to wait for summer. This place is open all year round.
So, what do you think? Would you pay €20? 🤔
