Archive: Kenyan Lawyer sues Israel and Italy over Jesus’s death

A Kenyan lawyer made headlines back in 2004 after attempting to sue the governments of Israel and Italy over the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.

Dola Indidis, a former spokesperson for Kenya’s judiciary, petitioned the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague to declare the ancient trial and ex*****on of Jesus a miscarriage of justice.

He argued that Jesus was subjected to a flawed and malicious judicial process that violated his human rights.

Speaking to local media at the time, Indidis claimed there was “judicial misconduct, abuse of office, bias and prejudice” during Jesus’s trial.

He stated that the methods of questioning used by the Roman authorities were problematic and the evidence relied upon was “flawed and lacking.”

“The proceedings before the Roman courts were a nullity in law,” Indidis said, adding that the punishment was handed down even before the trial had concluded—something he said was contrary to the rule of law, even by ancient standards.

Originally, Indidis had filed a petition in a Nairobi court in 2007, which was dismissed. He then took the case to the ICJ, a body established to mediate disputes between states under international law.

However, legal experts pointed out that the ICJ has no jurisdiction over such historical or theological matters, and it was unlikely to entertain the case.

Though symbolic in nature, Indidis’s legal challenge raised questions about historical accountability and the intersection of faith, justice, and international law.

Have you heard about the BANYANKOLE PEOPLE of Uganda?

Before a marriage is certified or confirmed valid, the bride's aunt must sleep with the groom.

This they claim is to test the potency of the groom's gbola.

Among the Banyankole tribe in Uganda, East Africa, children are the pride of a woman.

A woman has to have at least a child to earn a status among her people, and it is probably because of this that the tribe leaves nothing to chance when it comes to authenticating the potency of a suitor at marriage.

It is for this reason that the aunt of a bride would have to have sëexx with the groom to confirm that he is truly a man before he consummates his marriage to her niece.

If the marriage is happening among families that are not particularly enthusiastic about upholding the cultural dictates, the aunt can just watch the groom's first lo******ng to his wife or listen to them having sêexx from close quarters.

What women really want. Listen to this one👇

My husband is a silent type that doesn't keep friends. He never stayed past 7PM, he doesn't visit anyone and no one visits him. We are married for 4 years and we never had a reason to quarrel or argue, most times I bring up baseless argument,

so we could just raise our voice yet he will find a way to avoid it. I know issues makes marriage stronger but I have never had any reason to at least act upset and have him beg and pet me. It's seriously eating me up, this man is too peaceful and quiet for my liking and

I on the other hand is stubborn Please, how do I spice up my marriage and how do I get this man to at least raise his voice at me a little. I want him to at least get angry once. This sound funny buts it's really bothering me. I am bored in this marriage.
