- US President Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social on Sunday that a deal with Iran is not "fully negotiated yet." In another post, he said he had instructed his representatives "not to rush into a deal."

- US Secretary of State Marco Rubio told The New York Times that the current approach to agreement with Iran had gained regional backing, but stressed that a nuclear deal could not be reached "in 72 hours on the back of a napkin."

- "Iran has solid legal and security grounds for its sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz," said Mohsen Rezaei, a senior military advisor to Iran's supreme leader. He added that Iran's approach is intended not to obstruct free trade, but to prevent insecurity and military incursions.

French President Emmanuel Macron warned Belarus's Alyaksandr Lukashenka against being drawn into Russia's war on Ukraine. AFP, citing a source close to the French presidency, reported the warning.

Today's call was initiated by Paris, per Belarus's presidential press service. It was the first contact between the two leaders since 26 February 2022.

Macron also pressed Lukashenka to take steps toward improving Belarus's relations with Europe.

Emergency teams remain at multiple impact sites, while support services continue assisting those affected. Psychologists have already helped 247 people with shock and stress.

Officials say 78 people were injured and two were killed. The numbers may still change as recovery efforts continue.
