It's close to a year since Lu Ke, popularly known as Susu was arrested and charged with 14 counts in relation to his racism video exposed by BBC Africa Eye.

Big and an unswerable questions remain:

Where is he at the moment and how far is his case?

How is the situation for the victims and what role has government and other stakeholders played towards their physical and psycho social support?

Malawi's food insecurity is exposing children to different sort of abuse including sexual, physical, and psychological.

Recently, uncivilized mob surrounded a hungry girl in Nsanje district, burnt her hands and severely injured her face for a mare reason of being found in some one's maize garden with green maize.

The owner who ordered the mob to attack the girl is reportedly walking freely. that matter.

Protests against rising corruption and high cost of living have started in the capital Lilongwe , and Mzuzu city.

Hundreds of the protesters are demanding government to address the high levels of corruption and poor economy which have resulted to increased prices of basic needs including fuel, transport, food, groceries and shortage of forex and fuel .

Citizens have been experiencing high cost of living soon after the devaluation of the Malawi kwacha by 25 percent. The gloomy economy is reported have contributed to shortage of drugs in public hospitals.

Citizens have vowed to hold series of protests across the country to move the government address their concerns .
