Jamaican reggae icon Gramps Morgan has sent condolence messages to the family of the late music legend Sir Lucius Banda.

In a short message on his page, Gramps says he will never forget singing with the late Banda at the Sand Music Festival.

The late Banda was the founder of the Sand Music Festival, and in 2021, he invited Gramps to perform at the festival.

The body of the late Lucius Banda has arrived from South Africa through Chileka Airport in Blantyre, and it has been transported to the College of Medicine Mortuary for a brief ceremony.

It will then be taken to his home village in Balaka.
