Historically, one year gone since Dr Chilima spoke of him and the UTM are being mistreated for ushering MCP in Government. He spoke of his vision of MEGA farms, 1 million Jobs, three meals a day, and Cheap Fertilizer which MCP is not implementing for fear of Malawians heaping praise on Chilima.
