Simple vanilla cake
3 cups flour
3/4 cooking oil
1 cup milk
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

BAKING TIPS

1.Always check the expirely dates of your baking products before buying or baking

2.Normalize sieving your flour before baking.
Sieving doesn't only remove the bad particles but it also contributes to the fluffiness of your baked goods.

3. Always measure your ingredients for best results! Never be in a hurry!

4. Follow the recipe to the tee... Never use short cuts... E.g if the recipe calls for cake flour dont use bread flour as results may differ.

5. When preparing to bake or cook, put all your ingredients where you can easily access them to avoid missing one of the ingredients which may affect the outcome of your product!
