Example: Small to Medium Agro-processing or Production Factory (lets say maize, Thonje, sugar or Soya)
• Land & Construction: MWK 300–500 million
• Machinery & Equipment: MWK 250–400 million
• Furniture & Utilities Setup: MWK 50–100 million
• Initial Working Capital & Staff Setup: MWK 100–150 million
Total per factory: ~ MWK 700 million – MWK 1 billion
