The coming in of the first NCHE cohort changed the way football was being played at Domasi College of Education. Their achievements speak of how committed and talented these guys are. But as the saying goes, "Behind every success there’s one who instills it."

That one is Coach Mike Chibojola. At just 29 with a Football Association of Malawi D License, Mike has become the heartbeat of football at Domasi College of Education and beyond.

Mike started with Nkhamenya Bullets and Banyamulenge in Kasungu North, learning the game from the grassroots. Today, he is coaching Santhe FC in the GOJET Division One while still finding time to pour into Central East Education Division Primary and Secondary teams and the Domasi College of Education school team.

At 29, Mike has already achieved so much:

1. He helped Santhe Admarc FC finish 1st in Division 2 and earn promotion to Division 1
2. He won Division 1 with Santhe Admarc FC and secured promotion to the CRFA Main League.
3. He won the Plan Malawi Central Region League with Santhe Admarc FC
4. He won a Bronze Medal at National Level with the Central Eeast Education Division Girls Soccer Team.
5. He won the Domasi Principals Trophy two times in a row 2025 & 2026 with the Second Years (now going into Third Year) for the first time in the history of Domasi

But trophies are only half the story. What makes Coach Mike different is his humility and consistency. No shortcuts. No noise. Just early mornings, extra drills and believing in players when they don’t yet believe in themselves.

He didn’t just change how football is played at Domasi. He changed how players see themselves.

Coach Mike Chibojola we see the work. We appreciate the sacrifice. We celebrate you.
