At 7:06 PM he radios Air Traffic Control.

Something is above his aircraft.
Long. Metallic. Moving at high speed.
Then — stationary. Right above him.

His engine begins to fail.
No mechanical reason.

At 7:12 PM — mid-sentence — silence.

A metallic scraping sound recorded on the ATC tape.
Never identified. By anyone. Ever.

No aircraft found.
No debris. No wreckage. No Frederick Valentich.

The Australian government investigated 4 years.
