this wild girl from the sea,
her hair flowing southwards,
she walked towards me.

A west to east smile,
with eyes steely grey,
like a storm in the distance,
rolling in from the bay.

We kissed with the sunrise,
made love when it set,
a promise by moonlight,

🕉️According to oral history, singing bowls arrived in Tibet from India at the same time that Buddhism was introduced by the great Buddhist master Padmasambhava. The history of singing bowls then dates back to the 8th century BC.

🎶These bowls are traditionally made with a special alloy of seven metals: gold, silver, iron, mercury, tin, copper and lead. Each of these metals is considered sacred by these cultures and is aligned with seven celestial bodies in our solar system and the seven chakras of our body. Additionally, each bowl is tuned to correspond to a specific note that affects an individual chakra.

It is found in the Karelia region of Russia, near the village of Shunga.

◼️There are two types of Shungite, the classic shungite is available in larger quantities and shapes, and Noble or Elite shungite containing up to 94% of carbon is available only in raw form, and it’s effective detoxify and mineralize water.
